Route One utilised their fully trained burning and welding staff to remove the old joints before installing the new Stirling Lloyd EMR 50 joints to specification in replacement.

Rodding Boxes were also designed and installed to specification by Route One to allow for cleaning of the hydraulic pressure relief drainage.
